OnboardMe (COM Portal) is a cutting-edge web-based enterprise application designed with a user-centric approach. It aims to provide a seamless, integrated experience for Core Leaders during the pre-boarding and onboarding journeys of their Candidates/Caregivers. Additionally, it offers hiring managers and administrators clear visibility into the Candidate/Caregiver’s progress and the next steps in the process.
The OnboardMe Product Team is committed to simplifying the onboarding process for new Candidates/Caregivers. We are transitioning from fragmented systems and multiple engagement points toward a unified pre-boarding and onboarding experience.
The OnboardMe (COM Portal) is a tool designed for Core Leaders and Administrators. It provides a view that replicates what candidates experience in the OnboardMe Mobile App.
The success of OnboardMe will be assessed based on several key factors:
- Frontline Caregiver Satisfaction Scores: Improving the satisfaction levels of frontline Caregivers.
- Hiring Manager and Onboarding Team Satisfaction Scores: Enhancing the experience for hiring managers and the onboarding team.
- Reduced Onboarding Time: Decreasing the time it takes to onboard a new caregiver, from offer acceptance to being cleared to start.
- Ensuring Day 1 Readiness: Providing appropriate access and necessary training for caregivers to perform their job effectively from Day 1.
